Here's a quick summary of our Booking Process for wedding planners:

1. Email Confirmation
Send us an email confirmation with the wedding collection our client would like to book and if there are any add-ons that need to be included. Please include full names of clients as well.

2. Sign Contract and Pay 50% Retainer Fee
We'll send Contract for your review along with an Invoice for 50% retainer fee. Payment can be made online or by Check. Full balance is due 2 weeks before wedding date. If client is interested in our payment plan, please include how many equal payments and we will have due date set for the end of the month.

3. Schedule Wedding Film Consultation Call
We'll schedule a wedding film consultation with the client. It's mostly for introduction and to get to know what they consider are the moments they want emphasized in their wedding film.

4. Send Timeline of Events
We'll get back with you 2 weeks before the wedding date to request for detailed timeline of events so that we can be on same page with the flow and logistics of the wedding day. We can also schedule a quick call to go over the timeline.

5. Film the Wedding Day
We will arrive at preparation location and start filming all the magic from preparations, wedding ceremony, reception, performances and exit.

6. Deliver Films
Expect the wedding teasers to be released online within 2-3 weeks of wedding. Client will receive a personalized link they can access progress report of their wedding film/s. Crafting and editing wedding films does take time. Expect full films will be delivered within 3-6 months via Mediazilla/Vimeo/Youtube. Client will receive a custom USB for keepsake.
